I am no stranger to feeling stuck in this journey of life. I began my online travel back in 2009 and over the years have been lucky enough to work with mentors like Brendan Burchard, Tony Robbins and T Harv Eker to list a few. In 2013 I was able to sack my boss and quit my full time Executive degree Government Role I'd worked in for almost 17 years.
That was when I took the plunge to work full time on the internet. Going full-time online isn't straightforward. A lot of things keep us from making the jump --things like panic and insecurity.
I made the decision to collect the lessons I've discovered along the way to share them with others, like you, striving to better themselves and develop a liberty laptop lifestyle.
1. Concentrate on your WHY.
How big is the WHY for starting a web business. Is it to quit your job, have more time freedom to spend with family and friends or even more cash to go on that luxury holiday or buy that new car. How committed are you to your objective? How significant is it for you, and what are you prepared to sacrifice in order to achieve it? If you end up completely focused and committed, motivation will soon follow.
Having a mentor can fast track your results and take you're the hand and show you the way. If you focus on the excitement of discovery, enhancing, experimenting and exploring, your motivation will be fuelled. So the key is to get a Mentor, and revel in the journey not concentrate on the destination. Keep thinking about what you are learning along the way and developing your mindset and abilities.
3. Get rid of Negative beliefs and thoughts.
Ideas influence feelings and feelings determine the best way to see the world. You have a Good Deal of thoughts in mind, and you always have a choice of which ones to Concentrate on: those which can make you emotionally stuck (fears, doubts) or the ones who can move you closer to your goals (excitement, experimenting, trying new things and stepping outside of your comfort zone)
4. Use your creativity.
Next step after getting rid of negative thoughts is to use your creativity. Picture yourself already living the life you need, driving the car you always wanted, living in the home you dreamed of and travelling and enjoying that amazing holiday.
5. Eliminate distractions & take ACTION.
Meaningless things and distractions will always be on your way, especially those easy, usual things you prefer to do instead of focusing on new hard and income generating activities. Learn how to focus on what's the most essential and delegate the tasks which aren't to a virtual helper.
6. Plan and set Aims.
Know your monthly and weekly plan and set your objectives. Review how each evening went by what you've learned, achieved and revise what you can improve.
It's easy to burn out if you are very motivated. Observe yourself to recognize any symptoms of fatigue and take some time to break. Your body and head rest when you schedule relaxation and enjoyable time into your week. Diversify your tasks, keep switching between something creative and logical, something physical and still, working independently and with a group. Switch locations to earn money online give yourself a fresh outlook.
I hope that these hints help your manage and succeed in your online journey.
